Sadie
(Hummingbird Intuitive) - Sacred Sound with waters & forest
Sadie is a trained and intuitive shamanic sound healer, singer-songwriter, and teacher with a degree in music with further training in inclusive music practice, Indian head massage, kinesiology, and biofield sound healing. She also holds a diploma in the Qabalah Tree of Life and has studied the Peruvian Q’ero lineage.
As a spiritual Riverscape Guardian, Sadie leads sound healing journeys and singing and water-blessing workshops for families and adults, using voice, mantra, medicine harp, shruti box, and flutes to honour the life force of water within the body and the living waters that flow through the land. Her path has also been inspired by the root languages and draws on Sanskrit mantra, Celtic chant, and the wisdom of the natural world.
Ali
(Resonant Being) – Sound Therapy for Nature ReconnectionAli Gunning is a sound therapist and retreat facilitator who blends the medicine of sound healing, movement, meditation, cacao, and nature connection. She works largely with women, from the ‘sound temple’ at her home near Helford. Ali has lived in the area since 2020 and is passionate about its unique ecosystem, where tidal creeks meet rainforest full of ancient holly and abundant lichens; where the saltwater of the Helford river merges into the ocean.
Not only is the Helford area an amazing habitat for birds and sea creatures, it also has an innately healing and grounding effect on humans. Ali walks every day here with her Lurcher Moss, swims all year round, and loves to learn about foraging and medicinal plants. Sharing moments in nature helps her clients slow down and listen, rekindling their connection with spirit. Ali hopes that through remembering we are part of nature, we are inspired to respect and protect our homelands and waters.
Theresa
(Unity of Heart) – Healing with the plant realm“I am a mother, a ceremonial artist, and a forever student of the earth and ‘her’ living medicines.
I began offering healing in 2004 as a complementary therapist and Reiki Master Teacher, later training in Shamanic Healing. My path has always been guided by the plant realm, which led me into eight years of ceremonial facilitation, one-to-one work, and guided retreats with plant medicines.
Along the way, I trained as an Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist, supporting clients to meet their bodies, emotions, and nervous systems with gentleness and resources. I also work within the Celtic Medicine Wheel, weaving seasonal wisdom, land-based practice, and the cyclical nature of healing into my offerings.
Trees have become cherished teachers on this journey, shaping my approach to ceremony and daily life through their steadiness, presence, and quiet guidance. Today, my work brings together somatic therapy, shamanic practice, plant wisdom, and creative ritual, offering a grounded and intuitive path for those seeking healing, reconnection, and inner transformation. I am so grateful to the rivers, streams, and seas that are always a support for me in coming back into connection with myself, helping me to navigate the flowing currents of life, which have taught me the power of movement, reflection, and surrender. I am so grateful to be stepping on the path as a Lead Spirit Guardian, attuning to waterways and honouring their wisdom, flow, and healing presence in all life.”
