In aid of our first tributary mission Voices of Water Foundation Emmeline is walking over 1000 miles, a pilgrimage to share the word about the petition and connect with Rivers and people. A deeper message behind the pilgrimage, and another core focus on VoW, is one of reconnection with the waters we all come from. This our ancient ancestors knew, honouring water bodies as entities, flowing beings, reflected in stories, beliefs, and sacred traditions.

Following a Celtic route Emmeline will connect with Rivers and sacred water spaces, meeting with many who have offered to share their knowledge of the history and practices of old with the waters of these lands, as well as with those advocating for river rights and protection in many ways.
